Oversee allows you to manage contacts who should not receive marketing communications by adding them to a Do-Not-Mail list. This ensures that your existing customers or other contacts are excluded from future marketing campaigns.

Step 1: Access the Settings Menu

To start, go to the Settings menu in the left-hand navigation bar. This will bring up various options to manage your account and settings.

Within the Settings view, locate the Email Blocklist option under the "Communications" section. Click on this to open the area where you can manage your Do-Not-Mail list.

Step 3: Add Emails or Domains to the Blocklist

On the Email Blocklist page, you'll find a section labeled "Add emails & domains to block." Here, you can enter an email address or domain manually to add them to the Do-Not-Mail list. Alternatively, you can upload a CSV file containing multiple contacts. After entering the information, click the "Add to Do-Not-Mail List" button to save your changes.

Note: The Do-Not-Mail list is shared across all team members within your Oversee brand account. Contacts added to this list will not receive any future marketing emails, ensuring compliance with your communication preferences.
