If a contact has requested to be removed from your mailing list or if you wish to exclude certain contacts from your emails, Oversee makes it simple to manage your email blocklist. This guide will walk you through how to add contacts to your Blocklist, ensuring they won't receive any future communications from your email campaigns.

Why Use the Blocklist?

  • Respect Opt-Out Requests: Honor requests from contacts who no longer wish to receive emails, maintaining a positive brand experience.

  • Improve Campaign Effectiveness: Focus your communication efforts on engaged leads by ensuring your emails reach those genuinely interested in your brand.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to Settings

On your Oversee dashboard, find the Settings option located on the left-hand navigation menu. Click to access the Settings page.2. Access the Blocklist

2. Add Emails or Domains

To add contacts to your blocklist, either type in the specific email addresses or domains that you want to block or upload a CSV file containing multiple addresses. Once entered, click Add to Do-Not-Mail List.

  • The added contacts will immediately appear on your Blocklist, ensuring that they are excluded from all future email campaigns, even if they were part of a previously scheduled campaign.
