How to Resend Campaigns

If you’ve adjusted your campaign’s settings or email content, you may need to resend the campaign to your current leads. Oversee allows you to easily resend campaigns to ensure your updated message reaches the intended recipients. This guide will show you how to resend a campaign in just a few steps.


Step-by-Step Guide to Resend a Campaign

1. Access Your Campaigns

To start, navigate to the campaigns section to find the specific campaign you want to resend:

  1. On the left-hand navigation panel, click Campaigns.

  2. Locate the campaign you want to resend and select it to open the campaign overview.

2. Go back to the original campaign and review your recipients

After opening the campaign, navigate to the Recipients tab:

  1. This tab lists all the contacts who received or are scheduled to receive your campaign. Here, you can select the recipients to whom you’d like to resend the campaign. You can filter, select all, or manually choose specific contacts.

  2. Then, click move and select the duplicate campaign.

3. Update Email Steps (If Necessary)

Before resending, you may want to make changes to your email sequence.

  1. Navigate to the Email Steps tab to modify the email flow.

  2. Ensure the email content aligns with your updated goals or message.

4. Adjust Send Settings

If you’ve made changes to your sending schedule or preferences, it’s important to review the Send Settings:

  1. Make sure your send times, frequency, and other configurations are up-to-date.

  2. This will ensure your campaign is sent out at the optimal time for maximum engagement.

5. Resend the Campaign

Once you’re ready:

  1. Click the Start Campaign button, located at the top of the campaign overview screen.

  2. This will resend the email campaign to your selected leads, using the updated settings.

6. Confirm Resend and Track Performance

After resending, Oversee will track the performance of your campaign in real time:

  1. You can monitor the number of emails sent, opens, clicks, and replies directly from the Overview tab.

  2. This allows you to gauge the success of your resend and make any further adjustments if needed.


Best Practices for Resending Campaigns

  • Timing is Key: Make sure the timing of your resend is appropriate. You don’t want to overwhelm your leads with back-to-back emails.

  • Review Settings: Always double-check your email steps and send settings before hitting resend.

  • Monitor Results: Track the engagement from your resend to optimize future campaigns.
