Creating reusable email templates in Oversee helps streamline your outreach process. Whether you're conducting a lead campaign or maintaining communication with customers, setting up templates ensures consistency and saves you time. Follow these steps to create a new template.

1. Accessing the Templates Section

To begin, navigate to the "Templates" section in Oversee. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings in the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. Under Communications, select Templates.

2. Creating a New Template

Once in the Templates section:

  1. Click the Create button at the top.

  2. This will open the template editor where you can start customizing your email.

3. Customizing the Template

In the template editor:

  1. Give your template a name in the Template Name field.

  2. Write your email content in the Email Template text box.

  3. Use the toolbar to format text, add images, links, or attachments.

Make sure to personalize the email subject and body to suit your campaign goals.

4. Saving and Previewing the Template

Before finalizing your template:

  1. Click Preview to see how the email will look when sent.

  2. You can also insert dynamic variables (such as first name, company name) by selecting Variables.

  3. Once satisfied with the content, click Save to store your template for future use.

Best Practices for Templates

  • Be Consistent: Use a similar format for all your campaigns to build brand recognition.

  • Use Dynamic Variables: Personalize emails by inserting variables to address leads or customers by name.

  • Test Your Templates: Always preview your email before sending it to ensure everything appears as expected.

By following these steps, you'll have a well-organized and reusable email template ready for your campaigns in Oversee.
