Incorporating images into your emails is a powerful way to engage potential leads and make your emails more appealing. Whether you're showcasing your products, sharing your brand story, or emphasizing your message, adding photos is easy with Oversee’s email editor. Follow the steps below to add images to your email campaigns.
Step 1: Open the Email Editor
Begin by navigating to your campaign's Email Steps. In this example, we are editing an initial outreach email for the Las Vegas Coffee Shops campaign. Select the email step you want to modify or create a new email. Once you have the editor open, you'll see a text box where you can customize your email content.
Step 2: Locate the Image Icon
In the email editor toolbar, look for the Image Insert icon, which looks like a small picture. This icon allows you to add images directly to your email body. Click on the icon to open the image upload options.
Step 3: Upload or Choose an Image
After clicking the image icon, you can either upload a new image from your device or select an image from your Uploads library. If uploading a new image, simply drag and drop your file or click Upload to browse your device for the image. If you're using a previously uploaded image, select it from the library to add it to your email.
Step 4: Adjust and Save
Once the image is inserted into your email, you can adjust its size and placement. Drag the image to reposition it within the email or use the resize handles to adjust the dimensions. Once you're satisfied with the image placement, click Save to keep your changes.
