If you need to update the email address you use to send out campaigns, Oversee makes it easy to manage your sender information. This can be helpful if you've switched email providers, want to use a different company address, or need to separate personal and business communications. Follow the steps below to change your sender email address.
Step 1: Access the Settings Menu
From your Oversee dashboard, navigate to the Settings section. You can find this in the main menu on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: Go to Email Sync Settings
In the Settings menu, select Email. This is where you can manage the email addresses connected to your Oversee account.
Step 3: Edit or Add a New Email Address
You will see a list of email addresses that are currently synced with your account. To change the sender address, click on the Connect New Email button.
Step 4: Verify the New Email Address
Once you've updated or added a new email address, Oversee will send a verification link to that email. Go to your inbox, find the verification email, and click on the link to confirm. This step ensures that your email address is valid and ready to use for campaigns.

Use a Professional Email: We recommend using a business email address (e.g., [email protected]) as it improves deliverability and builds trust with your recipients.
Verify All Changes: Make sure to complete the verification step, or your new email address won’t be active for sending campaigns.
