Exporting leads from Oversee is a straightforward process, allowing you to access your contacts outside the platform for analysis, reporting, or integration with other tools. Follow the steps below to quickly export your leads.

Step 1: Access Your Leads

Start by navigating to the Leads section in Oversee. This is where you’ll find all your saved contacts, organized by campaign, activity status, or other custom attributes.

Step 2: Filter and Select Leads for Export

To narrow down your export to specific leads, use the Filters option. You can filter leads by status, added by, campaign, last contacted date, and more.

Once you've set your desired filters, select the leads you want to export:

  • You can choose specific leads by clicking the checkboxes next to each name.

  • Or, select all leads in the filtered view by clicking the checkbox at the top.

Step 3: Click on the Export Option

Once your leads are selected, look for the Export button at the top of the screen. Click this button, and a pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm the export.

Step 4: Choose Export Settings

In the pop-up, you’ll be able to select options for your export, such as the file format (e.g., CSV). Make sure your preferences are set, and click Confirm to start the export process.

Step 5: Download Your Exported File

After confirming, Oversee will generate a file with your selected leads. You’ll be prompted to download the file once it’s ready. Save this file to your computer, and you’re all set!

Tip: You can use the exported file to upload contacts to other systems or perform custom analyses outside Oversee.
