Exporting leads from a campaign allows you to save your contact list for external use, analysis, or backup. This guide walks you through exporting leads from an active or draft lead campaign within Oversee.

Step 1: Navigate to Your Lead Campaigns

From the Oversee dashboard, locate and click on the Leads tab in the left-hand menu. This will display all of your lead campaigns, including their status and progress.

Step 2: Select the Lead Campaign to Export

Under the "Current" tab, find the lead campaign that you want to export your leads from. For instance, if you want to export leads from a campaign named "Tea Houses," simply click on it to proceed to its details page.

Step 3: Access the Contacts Tab

Within the selected lead campaign, you'll see various setup tasks and tabs. Click on the Contacts tab to view all the lead contacts associated with this campaign.

Step 4: Export Your Leads

Once you're in the "Contacts" tab, you will see a list of all lead contacts, including their email, business name, and status. To export this list, click on the Export button located in the top right corner of the contacts section.

Note: The exported file will be in a CSV format, which can be easily opened in spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets for further review and use.
