Duplicate leads are when the same contact appears more than once in your campaign. Sending multiple emails to the same lead can not only hurt your brand’s credibility but can also negatively affect campaign performance and lead tracking.

How to Identify and Avoid Duplicates in Oversee
Adding Leads to a Campaign
When you add new leads to an email campaign, Oversee will automatically check for duplicate entries. To start, select your desired leads and click on Add to Campaign.
Duplicate Check in Action
Once you click to add leads, Oversee runs a check to identify if any of the selected leads are already part of the campaign. If a duplicate lead is detected, you'll see an alert or notice in the interface, highlighting the duplicates.
