Oversee makes it easy to create a Wholesale Interest Form to embed on your website. This form integrates seamlessly with our platform, automatically creating a Prospect for each submission. You can also set responses to be sent to specific emails if you prefer to handle submissions directly.

To create your form, first head over to the Wholesale Interest Form page by clicking "More" in the left navigation sidebar and then clicking the "Wholesale Interest Form" link.

You will be presented with the form editor, which has a few important tools to help create your interest form quickly.

The interest form sidebar (1) is where you get to configure your form to fit your needs. The sidebar is split into three sections, which I'll cover in more detail.

In the "General" section you can select which emails are notified of new submissions. We also create a Prospect in Oversee when the form is submitted, and you can choose the user that is assigned that Prospect.

In the "Fields" section (2), you can toggle fields to include in the form. You are also able to choose which fields are required.

The "Full Name", "Email", and "Business Name" fields are always required. This ensures that we have enough information to create a Prospect. You can choose to include the other fields

Beneath the "Fields" section, you will find the "Styling" section. You can choose the font and colors used to ensure the form fits in with your brand's style.
