Workflows in Oversee help automate repetitive tasks, streamline your outreach, and manage leads more effectively. Whether you're organizing follow-ups or creating a sequence of tasks for your team, workflows are a powerful tool to enhance productivity. Follow this guide to create your first workflow and start automating today!

Step 1: Access the Workflow Builder
Navigate to the Settings menu on your Oversee dashboard.
Select Workflows from the list of options.
Click the Create New Workflow button to begin. There are pre-made workflows that you could utilize too!
Step 2: Define Your Workflow Trigger
Name your workflow something descriptive, like "New Lead Follow-Up" or "Sample Order Tracking."
Select a Trigger Event to determine when the workflow should start. The available options include:
Triggered Manually: Start the workflow manually as needed.
A Prospect is Created from Your Interest Form: Automatically start the workflow when a prospect submits an interest form.
A Sample Order for a Prospect is Created: Trigger the workflow when a sample order is created for a prospect.
A Paid Order for a Customer is Created: Start the workflow when a paid opening order is created for a customer.
The Pipeline Stage of a Prospect is Changed to: Trigger the workflow when a prospect’s pipeline stage is updated to a specific stage (e.g., “Initial Interest”).
Step 3: Add Workflow Actions
Click the Add Action button to define what happens when the workflow is triggered.
Set any required parameters, such as email templates or team member assignments.
Step 4: Review and Activate Your Workflow
Once all actions are configured, review your workflow for accuracy.
Toggle the Activate Workflow switch to turn it on.
Your workflow is now live and will run automatically based on the triggers and actions you defined.
