Credits are the "currency" within Oversee, allowing you to unlock lead details and connect with potential buyers through email campaigns. Credits are only used when a lead from the search results is added to an email campaign. This system helps ensure that you are targeting only the most valuable and relevant leads for your business outreach.

Where to View Your Credits Balance

You can always keep track of how many credits you have left by viewing the credits section in your account profile. Simply click on your profile icon on the top right of the screen. A dropdown will display your credits balance, how many credits you have spent, and when the credits renew.

How Credits are Used

Credits are primarily used when adding leads to your email campaigns. Once you’ve performed a search (using Oversee's AI-powered lead search, business websites, or lookalike search), you can select the leads you wish to add to your campaign. When you select the desired leads and click on the "Add to Campaign" button, credits are deducted based on the number of leads added to that campaign.

Best Practices for Managing Credits

  1. Prioritize High-Quality Leads: Use filters like location, business category, and keywords to narrow down your search results to the most relevant leads before adding them to campaigns.

  2. Monitor Your Usage: Regularly check your credits balance to ensure you are within your limits and plan your outreach accordingly.

  3. Leverage Lookalikes: Use Oversee's "Lookalike" search feature to find leads similar to your most successful connections, optimizing the use of your credits.

By understanding how credits work and implementing these best practices, you can effectively reach the right leads and maximize your success with Oversee.
