The Pipeline page in Oversee provides a visual overview of your sales funnel, allowing you to manage, track, and advance prospects through various stages of your pipeline.

This guide will walk you through the key features of the Pipeline page and show you how to make the most of its functionalities. For detailed instructions on adding a new prospect, refer to: How to Create a New Prospect in Oversee.

Overview of the Prospects Page

The Pipeline page in Oversee is designed to help you manage your potential customers through various stages of the sales pipeline. Here, you can add, monitor, and progress prospects as they move from initial interest to becoming confirmed clients.

Accessing and Understanding the Pipeline Page

To access the Pipeline page, select "Pipeline" from the left-hand navigation menu. The Pipeline is organized into columns representing different stages of your sales process (e.g., "Initial Interest," "Sample Sent," "Negotiating"). Each column contains cards representing your prospects, displaying key details like their name, deal value, assigned team member, and relevant tasks.

Viewing and Editing Prospect Details

Clicking on a specific prospect opens a detailed view where you can see comprehensive information, including:

  • Contact Info: Direct contact details of the prospect.

  • Business Info: Information like business type and location.

  • Activity Log: A timeline of all interactions with the prospect, including emails sent and received, orders placed, and tasks completed.

  • Summary Section: Displays key information, such as the prospect’s deal value, tags, assigned team member, and a direct link to their business.

  • Tasks Section: Allows you to add, view, or edit tasks related to the prospect. You can create follow-up actions or schedule future steps to keep your sales process moving smoothly.

In addition to the summary and tasks, the detailed view allows you to "Add Note" or "Send Sample" directly from this interface, enabling you to log important interactions or send product samples as part of your sales strategy.

  • Task Management: You can also assign tasks related to each prospect, such as sending emails, adding notes, or creating orders, which helps keep your outreach activities organized and trackable.

Moving Prospects Across Stages

As your prospect progresses through your sales process, you can easily move them to different stages of the Pipeline by dragging and dropping their cards to the next column. This feature helps you maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline, visualizing the journey from initial contact to close.

Conclusion

By leveraging the features of the Pipeline page, you can keep your sales process organized, manage prospect-related tasks, and efficiently track each deal’s progress through the funnel. Use the drag-and-drop functionality to maintain a seamless sales flow, and ensure that no opportunity is missed.
