Individual emails allow you to craft personalized, one-on-one messages to your leads or prospects directly from the Oversee platform. This feature is ideal when you want to tailor your communication to a specific contact, whether for follow-ups, custom proposals, or initial introductions. Below, we'll walk you through how to write and send these emails.

Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox

To get started, go to the Pipeline section from your Oversee dashboard. Here, you'll be able to see all your recent communications, including replies from your campaigns and individual emails.

Step 2: Select "New Email"

Click on the Compose Email button, usually located at the top left corner of the Prospect Pipeline. This will open a new email draft window.

Step 3: Write Your Email

In the draft window, you’ll be able to customize the following elements:

  • Subject Line: Write a clear and concise subject line to capture the recipient’s attention.

  • Email Body: Draft your message. Use the text editor to format your email, add images, and include hyperlinks.

  • Templates: If you have a pre-designed template you wish to use, select it from the Templates dropdown to quickly populate the email body. Templates can be modified directly in the draft.

You can also save the draft if you are not ready to send it right away or schedule it for later delivery by adjusting the Send Settings.

Step 4: Send or Schedule Your Email

Once you're satisfied with your email content, click Send to deliver the email immediately. Alternatively, you can set a date and time using the Send Later option. This allows you to time your communication for when it will be most effective, such as during business hours in the recipient's time zone.

Best Practices

  • Personalize the Message: Refer to the recipient by name and mention specific details relevant to their business to make your email stand out.

  • Keep It Concise: Clear and to-the-point emails are more likely to be read.

  • Follow Up: If you don’t receive a response, consider sending a gentle follow-up in a few days.

That's it! You've successfully sent an individual email from Oversee. If you need more guidance or run into any issues, please refer to our FAQ or reach out to our support team.
