Seats in Oversee refer to the number of users who can access your account under a specific plan. Each seat represents one unique user who can log in and use the features of Oversee, allowing your team to collaborate and share information seamlessly within the same account.

This article provides clarity on how seats work and how they differ across Oversee's pricing plans.

You can also learn more about how to add or remove users from your Oversee account.

How Do Seats Work?

In Oversee, a "seat" allows a person on your team to have access to your Oversee account. Depending on your plan, you may be able to add more users to share your subscription and work together on campaigns, leads, and customer relationship management.

Each seat is associated with an individual user and is part of the overall user limit of your subscription plan.

Seat Allocation by Plan

Oversee’s plans offer different seat limits, as seen in the pricing breakdown below:

  • Lite Plan: Allows for up to 2 seats. This is perfect for small teams or startups that require basic access to Oversee’s features.

  • Pro Plan: Offers up to 5 seats, ideal for medium-sized teams needing to manage a larger volume of leads.

  • Managed Service: This plan provides fully managed services, and the number of seats can vary depending on your needs. It includes dedicated support to assist your team with lead generation and outreach.

For more information about each plan and its seat allocation, please see the Oversee Pricing Page.

Why Are Seats Important?

Seats enable your team to:

  • Collaborate on lead generation and follow-up.

  • Share campaign progress and customer communications.

  • Access analytics and CRM tools collectively, improving the efficiency of your sales operations.

Every user with a seat has their own unique login, so you can keep track of user activities within Oversee, maintain security, and allow role-specific access if needed.

Managing Seats in Your Account

If you need to add or remove seats, or adjust the number of users accessing your Oversee account, you can easily do so by managing your team settings within Oversee. Note that seat adjustments may affect your subscription billing depending on your plan.

For a detailed guide on managing your seats, you can refer to the Settings section within your Oversee account or contact Oversee support for assistance.
