Overview

Growth is an iterative process, but finding leads is the first step. This article will cover how to search and filter for your ideal leads using AI Labels

Getting started

You can find Search in the left navigation bar.

If this is your first time using search, you will see 4 options. Each option will take you to a search mode.

AI Labels

AI Label search works well if your target can be easily summarized with business type, products, and keywords (e.g. home goods store that sells candles that are sustainable, organic).

Business Category: These are AI generated category tags for most of the common types of businesses. If your selection does not appear in the drop-down. You can press Enter or click Add "..." to create a new category and the search engine will find it's best match.

Products: This is a 100% flexible product search, so you can put anything in this field. It helps the AI prioritize businesses based on what the products they stock and sell.

Aesthetics and values: This is also a 100% flexible search, so you can put anything in this field. It helps the AI prioritize businesses based their aesthetic tags and values (minimalist, luxury, organic, co-op...etc)

Additional Filters

Location: Filters are either cities or states with a radius. If you'd like to search a greater metro area (ex. Dallas-Fort Worth) You can increase the mile radius.

Email Type: You can use this to specify the email types (employee vs generic). From what we've observed, generic works just as well as employee for independent stores.

Job Titles: You can add any number of job titles since it's an OR filter. These are not case sensitive and will return results for partial matches (ex. Buyer -> Assistant Buyer)

Number of Locations: Here you can differentiate independents from larger chains by specifying the number of locations that each business has.

Max Contacts Per Store: The results page will show the top number of contacts per store based on their job titles. If you want more contacts to show up per business, you can change this to a higher number.

Exclude Previously Added: Each search will remove all of the previously added businesses and your existing customers from the results. If you are looking for more contacts from a specific business, you can set it to Exclude Added Contacts.

Adding & Previewing leads

To preview a click, click anywhere on the row. On the right you will see a short AI generated description, an interactive preview of the site, as well as what our AI extracted in term of products, aesthetics, and values.

To select leads click the check boxes and click the "+ Add to Segment" button.

Finally, click "Create & Add"
